Movie review of the weekend.

Bourne Supremacy: I saw this for the second time. Enjoyed it tons. Seeing Matt Damon kick everyone's ass is pretty entertaining. Looking forward to the third movie.

Oceans Twelve: Finally saw all of this. What a clever movie. Plus lots of good looking men. (C'mon, did you really think my reviews were going to be globe style, please.)

Alfie: Okay Jude Law. You are the only reason I wanted to see this. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. It was sad and depressing. Good job at being a womanizer Jude. Why can't you do just romantic comedies? Not movies like this or Closer for that matter. However, I think Closer is a very good movie. Also, extremely depressing but tons of great characters and actors.

Elizabethtown: I have to admit, I'm partial to Orlando when he was in Lord of the Rings (very hot). So it was a little difficult for me to be interested in him in this movie. I enjoyed this movie for the most part. However, is it just me or is this movie a knockoff of Garden State? Sorry Orlando and Kristen but my vote goes to Zach and Natalie. Good soundtrack like Garden State but practically same story line. Generally not a happy movie.

The Intrepreter: Didn't get to finish. Hard to follow while I was curling my hair. Unformatted, I am not a big Sean Pean fan. I know I'm dense but there was no man candy to be had. Poorly entertained.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith: Speaking of man candy. Oh Brad, where have you been all my life. Didn't finish this one either. 3am rolled around a little too quickly for all of us. But this was the second time watching this. I think it's entertaining. I have a love/hate relationship with Angelina. I love to hate her. But I also hate that I love her. I can appreciate a hot girl and Angelina definitely fits the profile.


As you can see I am not concerned about how well the story was written or how well the actors played their characters. I enjoy being entertained. I like to laugh. And I like my man candy. Would you have expected anything else from me?
